Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5 or more years of experience in adult instruction and instructional design
  • Solid understanding of MacAllister Training programs
  • Excellent platform training and coaching skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and horsepower
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational, coordination and administrative skills
