Requirements

  • Experience selling employee benefit solutions to large clients, including medical protocols, clinical outcomes data, and economic impact analysis
  • Experience working with/selling to mid-sized enterprise Employers
  • Quantifiable history of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to present clearly to key decision makers
  • Commitment and discipline to top of funnel nurturing and ongoing sales efforts
  • Proven and demonstrable consultative selling expertise
  • Partnering attitude with key sales channels
  • Ability to proactively manage pipeline and commitment to up to date records
