Job Description
Excel Academy is seeking a Multilingual Learner Professional (MLL Paraprofessional) to provide support to English Language Learners in the Newcomer Program at Excel Academy Greenway. The ideal candidate will have experience working with English Language Learners and a commitment to addressing racial and economic inequality in education.
Requirements
Provide additional academic support and behavioral support as needed to English Language Learners in the General Education setting
Communicate with families to share regular updates on student progress
Support with arrival, recess, and dismissal duties
Confer and collaborate with content teachers and specialists to better support all learners
