Monarch/Brandywine is seeking a Part-Time Move-In Coordinator to join their team, responsible for coordinating the transition of new residents and families into their senior living community. This role involves managing move-in/out processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent resident support. The Coordinator will collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all residents.

Requirements

  • Schedules appointments and tours.
  • Coordinates move-in, move-out, and in-house transfers.
  • Maintains accurate census and documentation.
  • Networking with Director of Community Relations to represent Brandywine's long-term care options.
