The Office Coordinator will be responsible for front office reception, appointment scheduling, follow-up, data entry, billing, copying or scanning and supply monitoring and fulfillment. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi task are required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of job-related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment (fax, printer, copier, scanner)
