Requirements

• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced server, networking, and cloud services issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
• Manage and resolve Executive and Owner level escalations
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various technologies such as Microsoft Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cisco Networking, and more
