Job Description
Aludyne is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee all production activities, ensuring safety, scheduling, mentoring, and quality. This role involves direct supervision of hourly employees and collaboration with programmers and maintenance to optimize efficiency and product quality. The position also includes administrative tasks like pay and paperwork.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Automotive experience is preferred
  • Leadership experience of 2 years or more
  • Understanding of job from running the job, quality, safety, fixing the machines, paperwork and changeovers.
  • Trouble shooting abilities to describe machine issues
  • Experience with managing payroll of employees
  • Prior utilizing HRIS for payroll
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (90% with MS Excel & MS Outlook)
  • Strong Leadership, communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution
