As an Applicant Document Administrator, you will prepare and track requested applicant medical documents while communicating with military, civilian, and medical staff daily. You will maintain records and reports, including both paper and electronic, to assist designated military staff in applicant processing. This role involves receiving and processing requests for applicant records, forwarding documents to appropriate offices, and ensuring accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of business office correspondence and reporting standards
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
  • Fluency in English
