Job Description
Abode Services seeks a skilled Nurse Case Manager to support participants in making it to appointments, understanding their medications, and adhering to doctor's directives.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
