Job Description
UW Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Hand and Upper Extremity Fellow (OT) to participate in didactic education and clinical practice. The role involves treating patients with hand and upper extremity impairments, collaborating with other providers, and expanding knowledge in lymphedema. The fellowship focuses on advanced clinical reasoning and pattern recognition in hand therapy.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited, entry-level degree program (Baccalaureate or higher) in Occupational Therapy
  • Credentialed by National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapists (NBCOT)
  • Must obtain NPI number prior to starting the fellowship program
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 3 months
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin upon Hire
