The Office Manager will oversee import/export logistics and manage accounting functions in QuickBooks Online, including payroll, employer taxes, and year-end reconciliation. Requirements
3+ years of experience in office management, accounting, or logistics
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; ACE knowledge preferred
Understanding of import/export documentation and compliance
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
