Job Description
The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking an Office Specialist 2 to provide support to the staff of the Office of Developmental Disability Services, Children's Services, Children's Intensive In-Home Services, and Children's Residential Program. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing documents, recording meeting minutes, and using database programs and Microsoft Office applications. The role will have a hybrid work format, including office work and remote work.

Requirements

  • Two years of general clerical experience
  • One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Associate degree in any field
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
