Job Description
The Oregon Department of Human Services is seeking an Operations Support (Public Benefits Specialist, Entry) to work in their Klamath Falls office. As an Operations Support, you will assist Oregonians in-person, answer case status and other inquiries, and provide information on how to access community resources.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience working in a reception area or call center
  • An associate degree in a Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a closely related field
  • Experience with data entry, electronic filing, and managing incoming mail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and prioritize tasks
