Job Description
We are a values-driven organization that prioritizes relationships, inclusion, equity, and respect. We are seeking an Organizational Development Facilitator to design, develop, and deliver learning and management development programs throughout the Bank.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Education, Business, Psychology or related field or equivalent additional experience
3 years leadership, organizational, and employee development experience
Solid knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices as well as management and leadership best practices
Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of employee groups especially managers
Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
Prior experience in learning needs assessment, competency assessment and delivering performance feedback
Proficient in MS Office Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proficient in the use of e-learning design software, such as Articulate 360
