Job Description
We are a values-driven organization that prioritizes relationships, inclusion, equity, and respect. We are seeking an Organizational Development Facilitator to design, develop, and deliver learning and management development programs throughout the Bank.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Education, Business, Psychology or related field or equivalent additional experience
  • 3 years leadership, organizational, and employee development experience
  • Solid knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices as well as management and leadership best practices
  • Strong facilitation skills and demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of employee groups especially managers
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in learning needs assessment, competency assessment and delivering performance feedback
  • Proficient in MS Office Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficient in the use of e-learning design software, such as Articulate 360
