Job Description
BambooHR is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead a team focused on closing new logo business within the SMB segment. This role involves team development, sales execution, and quota attainment, with a strong emphasis on coaching, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. The team will benefit from coordinated outbound prospecting efforts and a blend of inbound and outbound sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales management experience.
  • 2+ years of direct outbound AE leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams meeting or exceeding new logo targets.
  • Deep knowledge of outbound closing motions and solution-based selling strategies.
  • Fluency in Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent forecasting ability and a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
