Requirements

  • Experience in facilitation and/or guiding outdoor adventure programs
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, group management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility in regard to scheduling and daily duties
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
