Job Description
Braven is hiring a part-time Coaching Specialist to work with volunteer Leadership Coaches and support their professional growth. The role involves coaching, observation, and expert guidance to help LCs master their craft and become effective leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Demonstrated experience in teaching, instructional coaching, facilitation, or adult learning
Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and build trusting relationships quickly
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Commitment to Braven's mission and to supporting underrepresented college students' success
