Job Description
Our client is building the infrastructure behind the next generation of recruiting firms. The company has achieved explosive 40x revenue growth since 2024, and the platform serves iconic companies including Palantir, Ramp, Rippling, Cursor, Windsurf, Decagon, and Hightouch. The Partner Success Lead will establish how the company supports and scales its recruiter ecosystem, taking the function from scratch to scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in customer success, account management, operations, or consulting at a fast-growing startup or high-performance organization
  • Built a customer success function or created processes: taking on accounts, building processes, or turning around at-risk clients
  • Led partner/client relationships end-to-end
  • Bonus: Solid academic background (top university, high GPA) or equivalent professional achievement
  • Bonus: Experience working with SMB/entrepreneur-style customers
