Job Description
The Patient Services Specialist will provide patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties, organize patient flow, and maintain patient files and accounts in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clerical: typing, filing, scheduling, computer, phone
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Receptionist/clerical experience required
  • Patient care background preferred
  • Experience in a clinical setting highly preferred
