Job Description
The Payroll & Benefits Analyst will join a dynamic and growing HR team within a large organization, managing all aspects of payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees, as well as overseeing employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Proficiency in SAP and Kronos preferred.
Knowledge of California labor regulations is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and other Windows applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Base salary range of $70,000 - $75,000
