Job Description

Peckham & McKenney is seeking a seasoned legal professional to handle lighter criminal prosecution cases in a picturesque mountain town. This position offers a relaxed work environment with less stress than other DA offices, with a focus on resolving cases and collaborating with law enforcement and victims. The ideal candidate has legal experience in family and/or criminal law with supervisory/leadership capacity and a Juris Doctorate degree.

Requirements

Five years of experience in family or criminal law.
Two years of experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
Juris Doctor degree.
Current State Bar of California membership.
California State Department of Justice fingerprinting clearance.
