Job Description
Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. We are looking for a People Operations Generalist who can be a dependable go-to person for day-to-day HR operations in a hyper-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR operations, HR generalist, or People Operations role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth company
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and other people tools
  • Superb organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A ‘roll up your sleeves’, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Familiarity with HR compliance basics
