Job Description
Ramp is hiring a People Success Partner to support our Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams. The role will involve advising on org design, performance and change management, and employee relations issues, as well as creating and implementing scaled processes to enhance manager training and talent development programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the HR/People space or as a business unit manager
  • Excellent coaching and consulting skills
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High IQ and EQ
  • Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations (preferred)
