Job Description
The Pharmacy Liaison role is a highly motivated, self-starter position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently. The role involves providing integrated support to patients and pharmacists, working closely with the clinic team, and growing the specialty pharmacies patient population.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician (3-5 years preferred)
  • Nationally certified as a CPhT is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgement
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn other software programs
  • Strong organizational/administrative skills
  • Knowledge of transplant, hepatitis C, infectious disease (including HIV), and/or oncology a plus
