Job Description
The Pharmacy Manager is a licensed professional responsible for planning, organizing, directing and providing safe and appropriate pharmacy services to Option Care patients. The role involves supervising pharmacy staff, managing daily activities, and developing and mentoring staff.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
  • At least 2 years of experience planning, developing, and managing departmental expense and capital budgets.
