Job Description
Pilates Instructors are responsible for supporting members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.
Requirements
Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs
Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions
Conducts fitness consultations for new clients
Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes
Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends
Provides superior customer service
Documents all aspects of client programming
Remains current on credentials and continuing education
Provides fitness floor assistance to all members
