Job Description

The Mobility House (TMH) is shaping the zero emissions future of energy and mobility. We seek a hands-on technical leader to own engineering velocity and product quality for our ChargePilot edge devices and the corresponding cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

8+ years building production software, including 3+ in a technical leadership role
Hands-on expertise with AWS, Node.js, Typescript, Python, Rust
Strong coding ability in at least two TMH languages, plus fluency with modern dev tooling
Proven track record shipping complex services at pace with high reliability
Deep experience with testing strategies, code review discipline, and continuous delivery
