Job Description
NHC HomeCare Merritt Island is seeking a Part Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The Clinical Social Worker will provide evaluation and counseling to patients and caregivers, and assist with discharge planning and community resource identification.
Requirements
Master’s Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
One year social work experience in a health care setting is required.
Current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
