Job Description
SkyWater Technology is looking for a Process Engineering Technician Specialist to support Advanced Packaging Process Development. The position is responsible for performing experiments, documenting observations, and proposing recommendations to engineering.

Requirements

  • Two year Technical degree
  • 5+ years technician experience in a semiconductor fabrication facility, assembly or manufacturing/laboratory/clean room environment
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Clear problem-solving capability, data driven, inventive solution oriented and can articulate thought processes
  • Positive interpersonal skills, ability to influence others, highly energetic, and self-motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to meet commitments, drive multiple projects, and deliver results
  • Working knowledge in materials characterization and analysis
  • Experience in low volume/high product mix environments
  • Experience operating an SEM a plus
  • Experience in wafer fab, CMOS or MEMS manufacturing or R&D a plus
