Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager II who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, design partnership, and delivery excellence. You'll help evolve the workflows, experiences, and integrations that power how customers manage their employees schedules, shifts, and tracked hours within BambooHR.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centered products.
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams — design, engineering, research, and operations — to bring ideas to life.
Technical fluency that allows you to engage effectively with engineers and make informed tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into product decisions that move key metrics.
Skilled in Agile methodologies and experienced in both discovery and delivery.
