The Retreat at Fort Walton Beach is seeking an Activities Director to lead a resident-centered activities and outreach program for its Phoenix Senior Living philosophy. The role involves recruiting, hiring, training, and managing residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met through a variety of activities.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Gerontology or other course of study that relates to service to the elderly
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in senior living/skilled nursing activity & event planning
  • Demonstrated Leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care preferred
