Job Description
Abode Services is seeking a Program Coordinator II to supervise services to program participants in Santa Clara County, San Jose CA. The role involves supervising staff, providing support, and ensuring data entry is accurate. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3 years of experience in human services, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, or related field
  • 3 years of professional experience in the human services, social work, or related field
  • 1 year of direct experience in the provision and supervision of services to individuals who are homeless and/or have extremely low incomes
  • Use of personal vehicle and proof of a valid and current California Driver’s License and current insurance along with a clean DMV record
  • Flexible schedule to work evening and weekend hours as needed
