Job Description
Hope Services is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide resources and support for staff and clients in the field of developmental disabilities and mental health. This role involves supervision, budget management, customer service, and ensuring the quality of services delivered. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with three years of related experience
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, database and spreadsheet
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of principles of management, supervision, planning, fiscal management, fair employment practices, regulations, safety, health and client rights
Knowledge of rehabilitation and program development
