Job Description
Program Leaders at Think Together work with assigned groups of students, guiding them in a positive and supportive learning environment. These positions involve providing academic assistance, building strong relationships with students and staff, and maintaining a safe and nurturing school community. Program Leaders act as role models and mentors, contributing to the student's personal and academic growth.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
District-specific training (48 semester/60 quarter units)
Standard English proficiency
Live Scan (criminal background check)
TB test dated within the last 3 years
At least 6 months of experience working with students in a classroom or related environment
Advanced Math and English skills (K-8)
