Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to work with assigned groups of students in a school or district setting. Program Leaders serve as positive adults, coaches, and mentors, creating a safe and nurturing environment for students. They are responsible for behavioral management, academic enrichment, and communicating with parents, staff, and school administration. The role involves in-person instruction and support within a 10-25 student cohort.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to speak and write Standard English in a public-school setting.
  • Pass a pre-employment test.
  • Pass Live Scan (criminal background check).
  • Negative TB Test dated within the last 3 years.
  • 6+ months experience with a group of 10+ students in a classroom.
  • Advanced Math and English skills (K-8).
