Job Description
Think Together provides a safe and nurturing environment for students in a part-time program within school and district locations throughout California. Program Leaders act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors, helping students develop social-emotional skills and achieve their full potential. They maintain high standards of student behavior and safety. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
District-specific units and/or pass pre-employment test
Pass Live Scan (criminal background check)
Negative TB Test (dated within last 3 years)
6+ months experience working with 10+ students (classroom, afterschool, recreation)
Advanced Math and English skills (K-8)
Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Bi-literate (Spanish preferred)
