Job Description
Think Together provides a safe and nurturing environment for students in a part-time program within school and district locations throughout California. Program Leaders act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors, helping students develop social-emotional skills and achieve their full potential. They maintain high standards of student behavior and safety. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • District-specific units and/or pass pre-employment test
  • Pass Live Scan (criminal background check)
  • Negative TB Test (dated within last 3 years)
  • 6+ months experience working with 10+ students (classroom, afterschool, recreation)
  • Advanced Math and English skills (K-8)
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Bi-literate (Spanish preferred)
