Job Description
We are looking for a driven professional to take on our Project Manager New Product Commercialization role to liaison between customers and cross-functional internal departments to ensure the timely production and successful delivery of nutritional supplements.

Requirements

  • Lead and coordinate new product commercialization projects from intake through launch and post-launch review.
  • Develop, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and shifting priorities across multiple initiatives.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively drive mitigation, resolution, and appropriate escalation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
  • Maintain accurate and timely RFQ, project, and customer data within the CRM system.
  • Ensure customer new products progress efficiently from R&D concept through production order.
  • Maintain work area clean and organized.
  • Reports to work regularly and on time.
  • Perform duties safely and reports unsafe conditions or actions.
  • Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
