Job Description
As a Project Manager II, you will support the Strategy Advisors and independently manage small projects or defined phases of larger initiatives. You’ll coordinate project activities, drive milestones, and ensure successful outcomes through effective planning, execution, and evaluation.

Requirements

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.
  • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of Strategy Advisors.
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepare and complete action plans.
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolve problems.
  • Completes audits and identify trends.
  • Determine system improvements and implement changes.
  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
