Requirements

  • Partner closely with the Business Unit President, maintaining near-constant communication to ensure alignment on priorities, next steps, and deliverables.
  • Support key initiatives and organizational strategic objectives globally within SEF Industrial vertical and regionally for SEF Americas.
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability for meeting preparation, follow-ups, and content readiness.
  • Align teams and stakeholders ahead of scheduled meetings and business cadences.
  • Develop agendas, track action items, and form up plans for deliverables across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, town halls, and other cadence-based updates.
  • Coordinate and manage several projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices.
  • Travel as needed for key meetings, events, or project milestones.
