Job Description
Owen-Ames-Kimball is hiring a Project Manager to lead the delivery of K–12 school construction projects, including renovations, additions, and new facilities. The role oversees project budgets, schedules, contracts, design coordination, and procurement while working closely with school stakeholders and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and project documentation
  • Proven ability to manage financial performance and client relationships
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
