Job Description

We are looking to hire a project manager who is self-motivated, and excellent communicator and is well organized. This position will ensure alignment with Element's safety goals, and overall objectives while managing resources, schedules and budgets.

Requirements

Managing a large book of customer projects
Ensuring assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope
Managing project data and documentation across multiple systems
Managing test costs, project revenue tracking, and all project tasks and resources
Ensuring all test procedures are up to date and available for the lab to use for testing
Managing the scope of work and putting costs back on customers for additional services
Tracking COS that has been submitted to the customer and ensure we receive an updated PO in a timely manner
Communication with customers and internal element team/stake holders
Managing interdivisional projects with other Element facilities
