Job Description
Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to take a prominent role in our water and wastewater practice. The Project Manager is a front-line, client-focused role that works directly with stakeholders to understand project needs and leads teams to deliver services to meet those requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemical, civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in or ability to obtain reciprocity in Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, and/or South Carolina.
  • 15+ years of experience in the field water or industrial wastewater process engineering, design, construction support and start-up.
  • Recent experience assessing and designing biological treatment systems for water and wastewater applications.
  • Wastewater collection and treatment and water treatment and distribution client experience and knowledge.
  • Project management experience, including project financial management responsibility.
  • Strong entrepreneurial interest to engage clients to identify and win new projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to convey technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to recruit, build, mentor, and foster an engineering team as a leader.
