Job Description
Upchurch is a rapidly growing, full-service building engineering company providing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services across the southeastern United States. As a Project Sales Representative, you will drive service-project revenue by developing scopes/quotes for repairs, replacements, retrofits, and small design-build upgrades, and own customer relationships, pricing strategy, and handoff to field PMs/Foremen.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in HVAC/plumbing/electrical service sales or project management
  • Ability to build scopes and price work accurately with estimating support
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, code basics, safety, and site logistics
  • Strong customer communication and time management; CRM discipline
  • Valid driver’s license; regional travel
  • Experience selling to owner-direct customers and converting service findings/PMs into projects (Preferred)
