Job Description
The Property Manager - Affordable Housing is responsible for the successful daily operations of one or more affordable housing communities, ensuring compliance with regulations and creating a safe, supportive, and responsive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements

  • Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate all site staff
  • Maximize occupancy through timely unit turnover, outreach marketing, and proactive leasing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including HUD 4350.3, LIHTC, ADA, Fair Housing, and municipal ordinances
