Job Description
The Proposal Coordinator and Content Analyst is responsible for supporting Hanna360's full proposal development lifecycle across all business lines, including preparing and submitting documents, managing the central content library, and tracking critical RFP performance metrics company wide.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of project coordination, administrative, or proposal support experience
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with SharePoint, Notion, or proposal software (RFPIO/Loopio) a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Communications, Business, English, or related field)
