Job Description
LabCorp is seeking a phlebotomist to join their team in Montgomery AL. The phlebotomist will perform blood collections, collect specimens, and provide superior customer service to patients. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification, and a proven track record in customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
  • 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
