Job Description

The Quality Engineering Co-op will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing product quality within Rennscot's operations.

Requirements

Perform receiving inspections of raw materials, BOM items, and work-in-progress parts returning from outside processing
Identify non-conformances through detailed visual and dimensional inspections
Conduct mechanical inspections of in-progress and finished goods
Operate advanced metrology equipment and related software
Support quality planning for new and repeat projects
Prepare internal 'dim-tagged' drawings and document inspection plans
Collaborate with manufacturing team members to optimize inspection timing and mitigate risk of non-conformances
Document and help investigate non-conformances
