Job Description
eTel is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality management, ensure compliance, and facilitate seamless project transitions. The role involves maintaining SLAs, conducting audits, and developing metrics to meet USCIS and DHS expectations. eTel provides integrated CMMI processes and tools to address complex challenges in the federal government.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience managing QA/QC programs for federal IT/cyber efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience with rapid transition planning and execution for large contracts.
  • Familiarity with institutional process standards (CMMI, ISO 9001/20000/27001).
  • Value-Added Experience: High CPARs for quality/transition performance on federal programs.
  • Proven process improvement, risk mitigation, and institutional knowledge transfer capabilities.
