Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 777/777x Quality team is seeking dedicated Quality Specialists to join our dynamic team onsite in Everett, WA. As a quality specialist, you will play a crucial role in responding to, validating, and supporting speak-up cases, while also aligning with our program safety management. Our teams are currently hiring for experience levels 2 and 3 including Associate and Experienced Quality Specialist. Position Responsibilities: Will participate fully on the 777 Speak-up, Quality Stand down resolution & Safety Management support team Reviews, investigates, and manages Aerospace Safety Reports and Records, and regulatory, program and customer requirements Monitors and facilitates quality assurance planning related to production products, processes and services Maintains Quality and manufacturing directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems Provides ideas and concepts for corrective action development Assists with 777 program level audits when needed to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business regulatory and customer requirements Documents investigation results in standard formats, and collaborates with all levels of program leadership Works under general supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience with the Quality Management Systems (QMS) 3+ years of experience in developing presentations for leadership 1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years of experience in project management 1+ years of experience implementing lean principles Experience developing and supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle Experience in applying LEAN manufacturing techniques for process improvement Experience in manufacturing or factory support environment Experience in program management Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
