Requirements

• Maintain constant communication with project managers, general superintendents, staff, and vendors
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Increase efficiency of existing processes and procedures
• Ensure operational activities remain on schedule and within budget
• Track staffing requirements and hire new employees as needed
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team
• Manage data collection and metrics
• Partner with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with finance and safety departments
• Oversee materials and inventory management
• Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans
